My artwork is visceral, hybrid, spontaneous and aims at a visual dynamism. Artistically, I have explored various disciplines including conceptual installation, performance, photography, poetry, and visual. I work to create a relation between my art and social issues that cross borders of ethnicity, culture, gender, political and socioeconomic status. I am also interested in the consciousness of our personal collective memories, stories and backgrounds. 

Being an immigrant in the US gives me the possibility to explore a different point of view on human identity, understanding that it changes when exposed to different social contexts.



My current goal is to create art that provokes and generates responses on different cultural and academic levels. My passion is transforming imperfections into provocative, inquisitive visual elements.
